Refund and Returns Policy
PS PACKAGING WHOLESALERS
This Policy applies to all purchases and operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
PS PACKAGING WHOLESALERS does not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, surplus stock, or unused goods.
Customers are responsible for ensuring product suitability prior to purchase.
2. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW RIGHTS
Nothing in this Policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If your product:

Has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement

Has a minor failure, we will repair or replace it within a reasonable time
3. DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty:

Notify us within 5 days of delivery

Provide proof of purchase and photographs

Retain original packaging
We will assess and arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with ACL.
4. EXCLUSIONS
We may refuse remedies where:

Damage results from misuse, mishandling, or unauthorised modification

The defect was disclosed prior to purchase

The issue does not meet ACL criteria
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Where a product qualifies for a remedy under ACL, we will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.
6. REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 business days.
